Tom Taddeo founded Strata after serving as EVP and Chief Information Officer at Kimco Realty, and as a management consultant at Deloitte before that. At Kimco he ran technology across a national portfolio of 100 million square feet, spanning retail, multifamily, office and mixed-use.

He has put AI into production at enterprise scale. Agents that run work end to end, systems that answer questions in plain language against a company’s own data, and generative AI deployed across the business.
